The visitors can purchase the printed books and e-books from here by paying the required amount through Debit or Credit Card or through net banking system.
Then s/he will get the ordered books/products by Registered Speed Post, for which s/he has to pay nothing.
But you have to be careful when you are giving the details, like your Name and Postal Address. These details should be complete and correct. ‘Boipattor’ always deliver articles through Indian Postal Service and retain the document.
So, once returned for incorrect details, articles cannot be resent in any case. Then you may collect it from our office or you may ask to refund the amount. If you ask to refund, then you have to provide the service charges, which may be up to 50% of the paid amount.
The e-versions purchased from here by paying the required amount, will be mailed directly to the reader’s e-mail. The reader should check the mail and download the book within 3 days.
We request our readers to share the book downloaded from here with their friends, but please Do Not Share those in any other site or in social networking sites.
We deliver printed books from limited, but different sources under Books, Select Books: Other Pub and Used Books sections. All the sections are now Shipping-free: you have to pay nothing for the shipping.

One more thing. As ceramic and terracotta works are usually of brittle nature, so it is possible that in transit some of the articles may get damaged. These works are all originals, it is just impossible to make an exact copy of these. So, if the product you bought is get damaged in transit, we are unable to replace the same. In that case you may choose another work of same price, which we deliver at no cost. Or you may choose to get your money back. Then you have to mail us some images of the damaged product at the time of unpacking. It is essential, as we should know the nature of damage, so that we may more cautious for the next delivery. As soon as you mail the images you have your refund in full.

www.boipattor.in প্রধানত একটি অনলাইন বইয়ের দোকান হিসেবে পরিকল্পিত। এখন এখানে যুক্ত হয়েছে একটি শিল্পবিপণি।
এখান থেকে পাঠক যেমন মুদ্রিত বই কিনতে পারেন, তেমনি কিনতে পারেন বিভিন্ন বইয়ের ই-ভাষ্য (মূলত পিডিএফ)।
বইপত্তর-এর তরফে নিয়মিত কিছু বইও প্রকাশিত হচ্ছে। ইতিমধ্যে বইপত্তর থেকে প্রায় পঞ্চাশটির মতো বই প্রকাশিত হয়েছে।
এখান থেকে যা-ই কিনুন, কিনতে হবে ডেবিট কার্ড বা ক্রেডিট কার্ড ব্যবহার করে বা নেটওয়ার্ক ব্যাঙ্কিংয়ের সাহায্যে।
কেনাকাটার প্রক্রিয়া সফল ভাবে শেষ হলে বই রেজিস্টার্ড স্পিড পোস্ট-এ যথাসময়ে পৌঁছে যাবে আপনার ঠিকানায়।
এবং এর জন্য আপনাকে বাড়তি কোন খরচ করতে হবে না। অর্থাৎ বইপত্তর থেকে বই কিনলে আপনার বাড়ির দোরগোড়ায় তা পৌঁছে দেওয়ার জন্য ডাকখরচের ভার বইপত্তর নিজেই বহন করে।
কেনার সময়ে যথাযথ ভাবে যাবতীয় তথ্য আপনাকে দিতে হবে। বিশেষ করে ঠিকানা দিতে হবে নির্ভুল ভাবে। ঠিকানার ভুলে বা অন্য কোন কারণে পাঠানো বইপত্র যদি একবার ফিরে আসে, কোন অবস্থাতেই তা দ্বিতীয় বার পাঠানো যাবে না। এ ক্ষেত্রে পাঠককেই তাঁর নিকটবর্তী পোস্ট অফিসে প্রয়োজনে আগাম কথা বলে রাখতে হবে। মনে রাখতে হবে, সরকারি পোস্ট অফিস ছাড়া অন্য কোন মাধ্যম ‘বইপত্তর’ ব্যবহার করে না।
কোন কারণে পাঠানো বই ফিরে এলে যদি পাঠক ব্যক্তিগত উদ্যোগে তা সংগ্রহ করতে না পারেন, এবং টাকা ফেরত চান, তবে ক্ষেত্রবিশেষে শতকরা ৩০ থেকে ৫০ ভাগ পর্যন্ত সার্ভিস চার্জ দিতে হবে। বাকি টাকা অবশ্যই ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
ই-ভাষ্যের ক্ষেত্রে বই পৌঁছয় সরাসরি পাঠকের ই-মেল-এ। পাঠককে সেদিকে নজর রাখতে হবে এবং সেখান থেকে তিন দিনের মধ্যে বই ডাউনলোড করে নিতে হবে। কিন্তু একটা অনুরোধ। এখান থেকে ডাউনলোড করা বই আপনার বন্ধুদের সঙ্গে শেয়ার করুন, কিন্তু দয়া করে অন্য কোন সাইটে বা কোন সোশ্যাল নেটওয়ার্কিং সাইটে তা শেয়ার করবেন না।
বিভিন্ন উৎস থেকে প্রাপ্ত বইপত্র এখানে সাধারণ্যে নিয়ে আসা হয়েছে তিনটি বিভাগে : Books, Select Books: Other Pub এবং Used Books। কোন বিভাগের কোন বইয়ের জন্যই এখন আর বাড়তি কোন টাকা দিতে হচ্ছে না। কেনার পর আপনার বাড়ির দোরগোড়ায় তা বিনা খরচে পৌঁছে দিচ্ছে বইপত্তর।
