Return Policy for Soft copies (e-books)
E-books or soft copies are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please make sure you have associated PDF reader in your system to view/read the downloadable PDF e-books. For return policy for damage/defective product please read the important FAQ section.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY (For Hard copies/ printed books)
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery personnel. Also, please call our customer care at +91 9433 412682 (10 AM-6 PM) or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
For return request just reply to our order delivery confirmation mail mentioning the reason for Return.
The Return request has to be initiated within 48 hrs. from the day of receipt.
Refunds will be made within 2 working days from the date of acceptance of cancellation/receipt of returned shipment.
